Very kind staff. Cheap hotel. Ask them for the minibus to Petra (5 jd).
Very bad breakfast. Water leaks in many pipes of the bathroom. Swimming pool without water (with 32 °c outside) so ask before going. They split our bed when they saw we were two men, so if you are a gay couple avoid it!
Great location, good-sized pool, comfortable, clean room with nice view, helpful receptionist
Somewhat noisy due to traffic, everything could do with a new coat of paint, breakfast buffet came in dribs and drabs.
Nice-looking hotel for a good price. Close to the center and offers free-time activities
Cleanliness of the bathroom
Location, swimming pool
Breakfast. They also took the payment for the two rooms that I had booked prior to my arrival and presented me with a receipt when we checked in. Booked.net are only supposed to take your card details as insurance in case you don't turn up, not charging your card without authorization (no pin or signature)
Good size room in a good location. It was slightly shabby but comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the world go by
The road is loud (like all cities in Jordan!) and the a/c didn't work, but it didn't make the experience a bad one at all.
My room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good. The hotel personnel was very helpful.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not look so good as when it was built (needs renovation).
Very spacious room and bathroom. Clean. Balcony facing the pool. Location. Breakfast was plentiful. Good value for money.
Shower did not deserve to be called a shower as the power on it was very bad. The hotel was trying to charge my credit card few day before my arrival as I would still have been within my rights to make a free cancellation. Brakfast hall was very busy and the food an dishes got finished at one point.
strnge air of desolate history
pool and other facilities not working
The staff are really friendly especially omar and samer...they helped us a lot in choosing the best places, where to eat and where to swim...they arranged for us a boat trip to pharaon islands...tks alot for everything you made our trip to Jordan:):)
The quality of the room was great compared to its price. There was a nice balcony in the room. Hotel`s location is good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok.
There wasn`t hot water every day. The building is quite old and it would need renovation to be more fancier.
It's a budget-friendly touristic hotel
